About Me

About Me

I believe we all face giants—depression, anxiety, trauma, disconnection—and that healing begins when we stop running and start facing them with support and courage.

Hi! I’m Alyssa Rosales, a Licensed Professional Counselor based in Texas.

 Why I do this work:

My path into counseling began with my own experience of how powerful and healing therapy can be. That transformation sparked a deep desire to help others navigate their own seasons of struggle and growth.

 My Approach:

My approach is integrative, compassionate, and faith-informed (when desired). I value giving clients practical tools and support rooted in evidence-based care—tailored to each person or couple I work with.

My Background:

I earned my Master’s in Professional Counseling from Dallas Baptist University and have worked across private practice, community mental health, and hospital settings. This background has shaped how I support individuals and couples facing depression, anxiety, trauma, relationship struggles, and more.

Faith & Family: The Heart Behind My Work

My faith grounds the way I live and serve. As a Bible-believing Christian, wife, and mom, I carry a personal understanding of love, resilience, and the power of connection into the work I do.
